Where It Started
MOSS began in a small kitchen with a simple idea: candles should be as honest as the ingredients they're made from. No synthetic fragrances, no paraffin, no shortcuts. Just natural wax, botanical oils, and the kind of care that only comes from doing things by hand.
What started as a hobby — experimenting with wax blends and foraged scents — quickly became something more. Friends asked for more. Then their friends did too. MOSS grew the way all good things do: slowly, naturally, one candle at a time.

Small Batch
Every candle is hand-poured in small batches. We never mass-produce. Each one gets the attention it deserves.
Natural Always
Plant-based waxes, pure botanical essential oils, cotton wicks. Nothing artificial, nothing hidden.
Sustainable
Recyclable packaging, minimal waste, locally sourced where possible. We tread lightly.
The Process
From selecting raw materials to the final pour, every step is intentional. We source our waxes from sustainable farms, blend fragrances by hand, and cure each candle for a minimum of two weeks before it leaves our workshop.
It's slower. It's harder. But you can smell the difference.
