Our Policy

If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we'll make it right. You can return any unused, unopened product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be unused and in original packaging
  • Return within 30 days of receiving your order
  • Gift sets must be returned complete
  • Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your candle arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us with a photo within 7 days of delivery. We'll send a replacement free of charge — no need to return the original.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 working days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
