Packaging
Every MOSS candle is wrapped in tissue paper and packed in a recycled kraft box. We use biodegradable packing peanuts and paper tape — no plastic, no foam. Your candles arrive protected and the planet stays a bit happier.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking details. You can also check your order status anytime from your order history.
Dispatch Times
Orders placed before 2pm (Mon–Fri) are dispatched the same day. Weekend orders are dispatched on Monday. During busy periods (Christmas, Mother's Day), please allow an extra 1–2 days.
